Abraham "Bram" Stoker (November 8, 1847 – April 20, 1912) was an Irish novelist and short story writer, best known today for his 1897 Gothic novel Dracula. During his lifetime, he was better known as personal assistant of actor Henry Irving and business manager of the Lyceum Theatre in London, which Irving owned.

Miriam is a beautiful and dangerous immortal vampire, promising eternal life to her lovers. Periodically killing human victims allows Miriam and John, her partner, to possess eternal youth. That is what John believes.... John begins aging rapidly; he realizes that Miriam knew that this would happen. He will have eternal life but not eternal youth. Feeling betrayed, he seeks out the help of Dr. Sarah Roberts, who specializes in the study of premature aging. She doesn't really belive his story, but becomes curious and contacts Miriam...
